How's the summer going for you? It seems to be zooming by too quickly with weather that has been rather unsettled and hot. Last Friday, we had a power outage that lasted 19 hours so I had customers on Saturday shopping by their cellphone flashlight! I'm lucky I can make sales and take payments on my cellphone.

It has been too hot and sometimes too windy to be outdoors for long with the recent humidity but it has been the perfect excuse to stay indoors and knit!

Today was a perfect day out, sunny ad a bit cooler with a bit of breeze! It is the perfect time to put on the summer tee you made last year and cast on another.

This Saturday, we will be hosting our annual World Wide Knit and Crochet in Public Day from 11am until 5pm.

World Wide Knit and Crochet in Public Day 2026 is Saturday, June 13th but we will be holding ours on Saturday, June 20th instead.
