Spill the Tea - Olive Knits 4 Day KAL Kit

This is the 8th year for the Olive Knits 4 Day KAL.  Did you know? “Spill the Tea” means to share the news or tell secrets.

Cast on will be July 3, 2024.

Easy, breezy lace details and colorful contrasts work together to create the perfect splash of color for this delightful v-neck top. Spill the Tea is perfect for spring, summer evenings, or for layering in cooler weather – it’s truly an all season design that you can wear year-round.

Quick Pattern Overview:

• Sport weight, light DK or even some rustic heavy fingering weight yarns in wool and wool blends (other fibers can work, too)
• Bottom-up, pullover v-neck vest (can also be worn as a tee.)
• Sized for 32-64 inch bust with ease

Skill Level - Suitable for Advanced Beginners and beyond

Yarn

• Sportweight or light DK | Merino (or other blend) | Approximately 380 yards in 100 grams
• Main Color: 880 (940, 1000, 1060, 1150, 1240, 1340, 1440, 1560) yards/ 804 (859, 914, 969, 1051, 1133, 1225, 1316, 1426) meters
• Contrast Color 1: Scant amounts (approximately 50-100 yards for all sizes)
• Contrast Color 2: Scant amounts (approximately 50-100 yards for all sizes)

NOTE: The pattern shows 880 yards for the smallest size but I used less than 800 yards for size 3 (44inches) so if you need less, please note it on your order and I will refund one skein of the main colour.
