Top Down Pullover Class
$80 – 4 Sessions plus materials
Cast on and learn all the techniques you need to make your first sweater! We will knit Sunshine Coast by Heidi Kirrmaier. This pullover is quite simple in appearance, but comes with a few little design details that make it special! The A-line body shape is flattering on many body types. It is intended to fit with ½ to 3 inches of ease at the bust.
Knit entirely seamlessly from the top down, it is also quite easy to execute. The side details are formed through basic increases and decreases.
We will be covering gauge, swatching, positive/negative ease, and short rows.
Required experience: Beginner. Students must know how to knit and purl.

XS (S, M1, M2)[L1, L2, XL, XXL]
32 (35, 38.25, 41.25)[44.25, 47.5, 50.75, 54)” around chest at underarm
Supplies and pattern (not included in the cost of the class):
Materials
840 (945, 1030, 1220)[1325, 1440, 1570, 1670] yards DK or Light worsted weight yarn
Needles
3.75 mm (US ) or as required to achieve gauge: 16", 24", 32", 40" and a set of DPNs or short circulars for the sleeves.
Note: We will be discussing the optional magic loop method ussing 40" circulars..
Notions Required
12 stitch markers, tapestry needle, waste yarn.
Gauge
20 stitches and 28 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch.
Adjust needle size to obtain gauge
