Urth Yarns is a family owned company that specializes in hand dyed yarns that are created by women in Mersin and Istanbul. For each skein of yarn that they sell, they plant a tree through the Trees for the Future campaign.
Each Uneek Sock Kit contains two pre-wound 50g skeins of sock yarn. The yarn is dyed so that the socks will be almost identical in their striping pattern (assuming that both socks are knit at the same gauge!).
Sock needles are not included. Additional patterns can be downloaded from the Urth Yarns website.
As with all our Uneek yarns the color ways are cooordinated to their sister yarn, Harvest.
**Urth Yarns has a brand new colorway of Uneek Sock Kit, PINK,to raise awareness of Breast Cancer. 10% of the revenue of this special edition sock kit will be donated directly to National Breast Cancer Coalition.
