Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are once again back to no in-store shopping. Online shopping is always open. Curbside pickup is available any day between 10 am and 5 pm, just let me know ahead of time to make sure that I didn't have to step out!
Summer tees are what I am itching to make to wear now that spring is here!
The Cumulus Tee by PetiteKnit is worked in stockinette stitch and has a rounded V-neck in the front. The sleeves are elbow length, and all edges are finished in i-cord. The Cumulus Tee requires no finishing work at the end. It is knit using a fingering weight yarn with a gauge of 28 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) in stockinette stitch on 3 mm (US2.5) needles after blocking. 2.5 mm (US 1.5) needles are used for the ribbing.
The Cumulus Blouse also by PetiteKnit is very similar but is knit holding two strands of thin mohair/silk yarn together. It is designed to have approx. 10-15 cm (4-6 inches) of positive ease. Measure yourself at your widest upper body part using a measuring tape to determine which size to knit. Example: If you measure 93 cm (36½ inches)) you should knit a size M.
The gauge is 18 sts x 26 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) in stockinette stitch on 4.5 mm (US7) needles after blocking.
mamiganchillo's Cumulus Blouse is knit using one strand of Garnstudio Drops Kid Silk and one strand of Malabrigo Silkpaca!

WIPs and FOs
I haven't managed to getting too much knitting done this week...
I have 8" of the body from the underarms knit on my second Rock It Tee by Tanis Lavallee. I am looking forward to wearing it soon!
Not too much progress on my Blomsterjakke by Sandnes Garn...I might have just been really tired but when looking at it early this morning, I came to the conclusion I might have to frog back a few rows. I haven't had a chance to look at it again yet. I think that I messed up the pattern. It is time to copy out the chart bigger and fill it in!
