It is still too hot out sometimes and sometimes it isn't and already the nights have started cooling down! It has also started getting dark earlier too, perfect for starting a new project or finishing one that was put away for the summer.
What do you plan to knit before the cooler weather arrives?
This classic Siri Cardigan by Lene Holme Samson should be published tomorrow. It is knit top down.

FOs and WIPs
I know I was supposed to leave sewing the side seams of my Agave by Yumiko Alexander until after I knit the sleeves which are knit flat but I didn’t. By last Friday, the sleeves were almost finished for me to seam.
I am now finished my Agave by Yumiko Alexander. After playing yarn chicken with my 9 hanks of Quince & Co Kestrel, I had only about 2 yards left in the end.
The back has 5 repeats of the medium lace pattern.
I knit my sleeves with 6 repeats of the small lace pattern instead of the 7 repeats of the design. I barely had enough yarn to finish the second sleeve.
Last Friday, I cast on my Hipster Top by Joji with Lichen and Lace 80/20 Sock. I bought the pattern when it came out in June.
The pattern has you put stitches on hold using waste yarn after each section but since my needles are 40 inches long, I left them on hold on the same needle. The only part I put on waste yarn were the left front stitches after unraveling the provisional cast on stitches for the back.
My Hipster Top has really moved along quickly!
