There have been days when I am ready to wear a summer tee but then again there have been days of chilly, gray or rainy days when I am not! It is definitely time to knit some summer tees though!
Seashore Stroll by Jennifer Shiels Toland is a top-down in the round textured yoke sweater. It has many features to choose the perfect sweater for your body and season.
Choose from three necklines - two wider openings for summer, or a smaller twisted rib neckline. Long or short sleeves? Would you like to include waist shaping for your sweater?

The Lacey Loop Top by Other Loops_ has a classic fit and boat-beck, detailed with stripes consisting of purl stitches, a feminine eyelet pattern, and a unique ribbing edge.
The top is worked from top to bottom. First stitches are cast on for the back piece, which is then worked back and forth with short rows to shape the upper back. Then stitches are picked up along each shoulder edge and the shoulders are worked back and forth individually. The 2 shoulders are joined by casting on stitches mid-front. The front and back pieces are joined for the body, then the piece is worked in the round and finished with eyelets and purl stitches. Stripes are worked with purl stitches and eyelets according to a chart throughout the entire top. The first part of the pattern describes the chart row-for-row.

FOs and WIPs
I finished my Geddy Tee by Tanis Lavallee!
For the main colour, I used just over 705 yards of Navia Bummull - less than 3 balls! Bummull is a beautiful 55% Wool, 45% Cotton blend. For the granny squares, I used five of the leftover colours of Koigu Jasmine from my Wrap it Real Good by Ambah O'Brien.
I also finished my Aal Ower Toorie, the Shetland Wool Week 2025 hat. I am wearing my Seaside Tee by Cheryl Mokhtari.
This is the top of it. The centred double decreases make such a lovely design! The colours I chose are similar to the Kit 2 Kaleyard colours. I used 2 new balls and 5 from my stash of leftover Jamieson & Smith 2 Ply Jumper Weight. Kits can be purchased HERE.
I cast on Misurina by Caitlin Hunter using BC Garn Allino. I am making the third size. I should be farther along but for some reason when I started the chart, I completely missed the cable section! No wonder the 96 stitches weren't divisible by 5 but divisible by 8! I had knit 2 together and knit just the lace up to round 12 before it hit me that I had to frog back to the round after the short rows.
This was my progress by 7pm last night. I had originally thought I might be able to use ladderback jacquard to manage the long floats. In the end, I didn't because I wasn't sure where to put the extra stitch with the cable section in between.
