This cardigan is worked from the bottom up in one piece, then divided for fronts and back. It is a relatively easy pattern which would be suitable for the knitter who has mastered the art of the knit and purl stitches, and ready for the next step. Cable owls are simple, and a great way to learn the cable technique.
8ply DK - 50 gram balls (90 metres per ball) was used for this garment
Quantity-- Size A= 3 balls, Size B = 3 balls, Size C = 4 balls, Size D = 5 Balls, Size E = 6 balls, Size F = 7 balls.
EXTRA MATERIALS REQUIRED
Size 4.00mm (US No 6, UK No 8) Extra long straight needles, or Circular needles.

Tension swatch - 22 stitches x 30 rows = 10cm (4 in) worked in stocking stitch
