Friday, December 11, 2020, Issue 178: It is two weeks until Christmas!

Monday, we will be moving to the Grey-Lockdown level. That means you will not be allowed to come in the shop. We will go back to curb side pickup.

The shop will be completing all business on a non-face-to-face basis…

Everything is available online so if you need yarn, needles, books or anything else, you can shop online and we can carry it out to your car for you. If there is a Ravelry pattern you want that isn't listed online, it can be added and printed for you, just let us know.

If you prefer or need help with your orders, give me a call at 519-726-4226 and we can help! I am not very good at using Facetime or Facebook Messenger video calls but we can do that too so that you can still see colours and suggestions!

Christmas 2020 is going to be very different one! If you do a search on Ravelry for Christmas, 499 pages pop up unless you narrow down your search!

Just before December Connie (knitnut246) told about Arne & Carlos's Sit and Knit A Bit Christmas Countdown with a pattern for 24 (new) Christmas Balls which you can buy HERE! for $8 usd They already have a book of 55 Christmas Balls to Knit which celebrates its 10 year anniversary.

Here are two cover shots of Arne & Carlos’s Sit and Knit a Bit Christmas Countdown with a pattern for 24 new Christmas balls to knit!

I have watched up until the podcast from December 8th!

I have enjoyed watching especially since they are relatively short! These are 5-10 minutes in length so while I enjoy a lot of podcasts, I don't have the time to watch!

The one I chose to knit first from the 24 new Christmas balls by Arne & Carlos is Old Fashioned from December 2nd.
