Rain, snow and cold...Great excuse for us makers to snuggle and knit or make something wonderful! Veronica, better known as xovee.knits on Instagram knit this gorgeous hat!

She is taking a break from all of her cable knitting and mixed it up with this new stitch design...she doesn't know the name of this particular stitch that she has used so if anyone knows...

I can’t wait until Veronica writes up the pattern for this gorgeously textured hat!

Just a few ends to weave in on my Nalu Mitts by Leila Raven

I am not quite finished but I have just a few ends to weave in on my Nalu Mitts by Leila Raven. These took about 35g of yarn to knit! I used Cascade 220 Sport but if you want a softer, less rustic yarn use Berroco Ultra Alpaca Light or Kelbourne Woolens Andorra. These are great fingerless mitts to knit and the pattern is free too!

Now I cast my Papillon Shawl for our KAL later than everyone else but here I go!
