Today marks the start of the Chinese New Year - the year of the dog and marks the start of the Lunar New Year!

Hold on...Did he see his shadow? Do we have 6 more weeks of winter to snuggle up and knit? I say yes, we will definitely make more warm hats, sweaters and shawls!

With all this snow today and the next couple of days, I will be sitting by the fireplace and knitting with my finished Girl Lamb, Caroline will be looking over my shoulder!

It is January and often is a time for new challenges and goals and especially with the weather we've been having where you just want to hunker down and knit!
